Variety is a key to the concert. There’s not a single number in the show that's like the next number. They’re all different, the pacing changes are quick so the show moves and the variety keeps everyone in their seat. I make the music a priority. The dancers dance to the music, not around it.

It's nice to have the veterans in there for stability, but it's good to have the energy of the new. We feed off each other. The kids give me hope that Exposé will be around another 10 years.
